Software Engineer Rana Amir The Fastest Flourishing Teenage Entrepreneur of 2020

Every mankind in this world is blessed with robustness and audacity. Nothing is impracticable. Although, a person needs four things to make every non-viable act into a viable act and these four things are character, hard work, vision and consistency. Those, who hold these golden attributes with determination, they enroll themselves as a model in the battle of success. Likewise, we have a personality who never let dilemmas to despair in his moto and today he is accounted as one of the top entrepreneurs. And the appreciable personality is Rana Amir. He shared his journey of success from nothing to everything in his interview which was conducted in his office and it was worth learning. Amir is born in Sialkot, a city of Pakistan. He belongs to a middle-class family. He is the elder son. He mentioned in interview that,

“In my childhood, I was truly a naughty child. I spent my whole boyhood in laughter and teasing others along with my beloved friends. I never cared about my studies and worries in my life”.

His father has a small car business which he established with lot of hardships. Amir told that, when he was in college, he thought to get involve in father’s business so that he would not to do any hard work to stand in his life and it would be the best way to get rid of studies. But his father caught him in the shop with his clever moto and sent him back to the college by harshly scolding him. But he never took it seriously. His father wanted him to get education and stand on his own. Upon his father’s wish, he took the admission in the University of Management and Technology for higher education. Amir shared that, he completed his secondary education with a science background but randomly he just chooses IT field for higher studies. He had no goals, no motive for his future. When he analyzed competition level at the university, some qualities evolved in him. He began to learn things with concept, visualization and practical. Still he never cared about his marks and exams. Because the enthusiasm which set him on fire was not about to just get good marks in exams, in fact it was entirely concerned about learning and exploring novel approaches. On one side, where his new experience was totally spectacular, on the other side, it was heartache for him to see his parents getting old. With the passage of time, when he begins to recognize his specialties and talent in IT field, a thought of becoming a responsible son as well as to stand on his own in life to support his father light up in his mind. From that day, he started to think out of the box. He was becoming clearer in his vision and goals. It was his family’s love and care that driven him and firmed him in his determination. And at the age of 19, he stared his first digital marketing agency under the trademark of “A&Z Tech”. Amir told that,

“I start working in a partnership with my friend. But unfortunately, this initiative step for success was not feasible and after six months of non-stop hard work, it went flop. But I never admit defeat. Because I believed that early efforts invariably brought many failures and every failure is a chance to improve”.

He said that, he keeps investing his ideas with his grooming experience. Then he set a new target and keep moving with focus again. After that he launched a freelance platform with online and physical availability of jobs naming “Musayd”. At first, response was not strong from public. Some people were willing to invest but due to the lack of understanding of online system, Musayd was not able to reach its peak. Again, he exposed to failure. While he was targeting a startling success in the sphere of IT field, he was also eager to set the ball rolling in small side business. With small amount of investment, he hired a chef for the street food career. The food stall was entitled as “Food Captain”. A positive response was received by food cravers initially. But gradually, maximum after two weeks, an insufficient heed was observed and leads to the collapse of side business. It was truly distressful after facing continuous failures one after the other. During his journey, he became gravely sick and suffer from health problems. Rana Amir mentioned in interview,

“At many points, I have to encounter betrayal. My hard times revealed the true supporters and uncover the fake ones. These events keep adding experience in my maturity level. The support and love of my family keep me sustained in my determination. In spite of all frustration, I was not willing to concede defeat. The enthusiasm of a true soldier is sufficient enough to knock out all the hurdles in the battlefield”.

He told that,

Now this time, he came up with the bigger target.  As the target was big, it was requiring hard work ten times more than before. After lot of efforts of eight months, he established a Software House “Alpha Bytes”. And now this time he finally made a big hit. He is the founder of Alpha Bytes but he was accomplishing this mission in a partnership. A huge response was received by public. In few months, it began to cover the broad range of spectrum. His passion was exceeding with such a zeal and zest that for some time he forgets the difference between day and night. His parents were paying heavy dues for education but a time finally comes when he owns this responsibility as well. In the last two years of his studies, he also made a dominant hit and made his parents feel proud. Everything was going well because he had received fruitful results of his endeavors. Amir shared his worst experience that,

“Suddenly a point came in my journey when my partner demanded to separate the business. That time, I thought that everyone has the right to take own decision and I realized that one day it has had to happen. So finally, at the end, the partnership was ended”.

He said,

“I was left with nothing and after the three years of continuous efforts I was standing at the point from where I started my journey. This incident in my life was heart wrenching. I was wandering here and there with distressed mind. It was felt like everything is just finished”.

Amir further mention the magical moment in his life,

“Indeed, Allah gives us a ray of hope in our darkest moments. After spending a week in despicability, Allah Almighty blessed me with an idea that brought the resolution of my grief and obstacles along with it. My earnings from my career proved beneficial. I went for the little more investment to bought a spot for the beginning of my career. For this time, it would be going to be only me versus me. Again, hope and courage lighten up my mind. As up till now, I had gained a bundle of experience and talent, I gird up my lions and went to shape my hurdles into the master piece of success”.

He modified the spot and mended it within a week. He re-established his office, hired the employees and restart his setup again. The grace of Allah Almighty and prayers of his parents and support of his beloved ones assist him to stand on his own again. He also took the charge of his father’s business with novel targets and amendments. He entitled it as “Carobar”. Along with, he initiated a clothing brand “Fitness House” as well. After withstanding the initial failures, it is now enjoying a good victory and it is highly demanded in the market.

Four worth learning things that he shared from his experience in his interview are,

• People who just want your time and affection are your true supporters
• If you are genuine in your passion and journey of success then, betrayal is certain
• If your parents are not happy with you and their prayers are not with you, then you can’t become a successful person in life
• If you have the ability to get heal from your previous scars then you can achieve anything that you want in life

He claimed that,

Seeing his parents smiling and feeling proud because of him, is the real success. He also shared the cause beyond his failures. He said that, he realized actually he was not made to fit in the frame of those tasks. Allah has made him to explore something big. Indeed, with hardship comes ease. Now, he is dealing his operations nationally and internationally. He has worked for more than hundred export companies in Sialkot such as Katarya Group of Companies, Fifth Gear. Day by day, he is leading the IT field and also becoming a role model for his followers and teenagers. He also has served the international brands and companies with his amazing talent and services.

Now at the age of 22, he is enjoying a good rank in the top entrepreneurs. With the blessings that Allah bestowed upon him, now a days, he is a renowned personality.
